Father i give it all to this morning, I pray and release the burdens of a heavy spirit to you , no more worrying about things I cannot change. Lord, I lift my hands, my heart, my mind, Lord every situation, I cast them all upon you, Father, you’re  able to bear all of them. Father, come now  rescue, and remove our heavy burdens. No more will we fill the fear, the confusion, the heavy weight from the traps set to cause us to fear, doubt, abandon the race, Lord I raise lifted hands and heart in this season to release it all to you. Take away Lord take away all the burdens that exhaust our strength, when my mind is heavy from my daily task, help me to not forget that Lord God you sent our Savior, our Lord and our King to our rescue. Lord, no more will we run from the race that you set before us, Lord. I feel your strength. I feel your help as I pray thank you for hearing me and filling my with the help from on high Lord I raise my praise this day in honor of all that you have done I this instance, right now Father, I decree that all is done, all is well and my strength has returned and I am now ready to face this day and everyday with a smile, praise, and determination.

Because according to 2nd Peter 5 verse 7

Casting all your cares upon him: for He careth for you.
